If I don't respond, please don't take it personally - I get a lot of emails and there's only one of me!
Tips: Make sure you always include:
- the release date, and any embargo rules
- a prominent easy-to-find link to the song (private links on Soundcloud and YouTube work really well), or an MP3 attachment; a link to Google Drive / Dropbox / etc. is OK, but a bit more fiddly!
- some basic bio information (e.g. when formed/started, location, genre, band member names where relevant ...) and at least one or two promo images 👍
